Affectionately referred to as Baie des Flamands in homage to its 17th-century Dutch settlers, the bay of Fort-de-France emerges as a jewel of the Caribbean celebrated in 2011 alongside the iconic Ha-Long and San Francisco bays.

Very convenient anchorage in Fort de France. You anchor just down the walls of the fortress. Long town dock in front of the park to leave the tender.
