The bay offers good holding with a mix of sandy and rocky bottoms, so be prepared to use anchor lines to the shore. Be aware that the area can get quite busy with day-trippers, so plan to anchor away from the main boat traffic for a more tranquil experience. The surrounding scenery, including a pleasant hike to a nearby abandoned village.
Arriving in the late afternoon or early evening is advisable to avoid the busy pirate boats and enjoy a peaceful environment.
