Let’s start with a few important points:
1 – Blue.Press cannot be held responsible of any contribution to the directory or the third party weather and tide services integrated, so Blue.Press can’t serve as navigation aid, it’s only for informational purposes. Therefore we are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the information.
2 – The current level of the tide should always be accurate in real time for a given location because it rely on local tide stations, this data is provided by WorldTides. However, time zone mapping is a puzzling business. In spite of our rigorous efforts, and to avoid confusion, if you spot a difference with the local time on the tide widget you can use the ‘Report’ button and we will adjust the local time zone for your listing.
3 – As a shared platform, your contributions could be overwritten in the future. If you are concerned about your texts, please save them somewhere else.
When you register for the site, you may be asked to provide certain personal data for display on your profile.
