The Strožanac Sports Fishermen’s Association offers crane services, ladders, controls dry docking, and has additional responsibilities such as promoting sports, recreation, ecology, and culture in Podstrana. Today, this marina has all the characteristics of a modern marina. The marina has 330 moorings and is surrounded by numerous catering and entertainment facilities.
Very happy with the boatyard where I could winter my boat for a reasonable price. The marina itself offers basic but well-maintained facilities, including water, electricity, and decent Wi-Fi, making it a convenient stop for sailors. What stands out about Lučica Strožanac is its peaceful atmosphere. Unlike the bustling marinas closer to Split’s old town, this port is much calmer, perfect for those seeking a quieter stay. The nearby village of Podstrana provides several dining options, and there’s easy access to public transport if you want to explore Split. The marina is a good option for smaller boats or those just passing through for a night or two.
