Baia di Ieranto is a stunning and protected bay on the Sorrento Peninsula, located in the Campania region of Italy. This quiet anchorage is renowned for its crystal-clear waters. The beach itself consists of a small pebbled area, perfect for those looking to escape the crowds. This area is part of a marine protected zone, so while boat access is limited, paddling around the coast in a kayak offers a fantastic alternative for exploring. Visitors can also hike to the beach from nearby Nerano, but the trail can get crowded during the summer months. While there are no restaurants on-site, you’ll find small shops in Nerano.
