On the northern tip of Caprera in the Maddalena Archipelago, Cala Napoletana is a popular anchorage. This picturesque cove is divided into three smaller beaches, each separated by large granite boulders. The gently sloping sandy seabed makes it an excellent spot for swimming. The surrounding landscape, with its pink granite rocks and lush Mediterranean scrub, further enhances the sense of a remote, untouched paradise. While the bay is easily accessible by boat, those on foot can also reach it through a scenic hike from the nearby Arbuticci battery, a historic military site connected to the Garibaldi Memorial Museum.
