1 Reviews on “Cala Deià”
Anchoring can be a bit challenging due to the mix of sandy patches and rocks, especially in deeper water. I found a decent spot in about 10 meters of water, but it’s wise to keep an eye on your anchor as the rocks can snag your chain. The holding is generally good if you manage to find the right sandy patches.
During the day, Cala de Deyá can get quite busy with boats and day-trippers, but it quiets down significantly by evening. The beach is a mix of pebbles and sand, and while it’s beautiful, it’s not always the cleanest. There are a couple of restaurants near the beach.
