1 Reviews on “Cala Ferrera”
A delightful anchorage known for its crystal-clear waters and scenic surroundings. The bay typically has depths of 4 to 6 meters, with a lot os seaweed. It’s generally sheltered, but care should be taken during periods of strong winds, particularly from the north. The beach at Cala Ferrera is relatively small but charming, lined with soft sand and surrounded by pine trees. There are a couple of beach bars nearby, perfect for grabbing refreshments, and some basic amenities, making it an inviting spot for a day on the water. The area can become busy, especially in the summer, so arriving early is wise to secure a good anchoring position. For further supplies, the nearby town of Cala d’Or has a variety of shops and restaurants, making it easy to restock provisions.
