When you get lucky and snag one of the five guest spots, you’re treated to a charming, clean port with great facilities, including spotless showers and restrooms.
But here’s the deal: it can be quite exposed, especially to eastward winds and swells. On a night with a bit of swell, the mooring spots can get pretty uncomfortable, so it’s wise to check the weather carefully before making a reservation. The port can get a bit lively with the swell and fishing boats, so it’s not the quietest place to stay, but that’s part of its rugged charm
