Port Colonia de San Jordi offers a quaint and charming experience, but it does come with some caveats. It’s a small port with limited depth—my 1.80m draft just managed to fit at the visitor quay, provided the weather was calm. If you’re visiting in rough conditions, be aware that the depth can be a real issue. The staff are friendly and helpful, though there was no one around to assist with mooring, and the water at the quay is desalinated and not potable. The nearby Eroski supermarket is well-stocked, and they lend out a cart for a small deposit, which is a nice touch. However, there was a significant downside: the fuel station was under renovation during my visit, so refueling was not an option.
The local charm and helpful staff make it worth a visit, but you might want to double-check on services like fuel before you arrive.
