Marina PortBlanc, located in Calpe, is set to undergo extensive development with work officially beginning in September 2023. The marina, situated in Puerto Blanco, had been stagnant for several years due to various administrative delays, but with recent agreements in place, the project is now back on track. The development will include urban development, construction of new facilities, and the creation of around 200 moorings. Visitors can expect amenities such as car parks, restaurants, and a leisure area. With a projected investment of five million euros, the revamped marina is set to become a key hub for the region.
