Nice anchorage. Very wild, just a deserted beach and a few cows. A villa throne on the western bay.

If you find yourself moored on the west quay, you’ll likely enjoy some peace and quiet away from the busier parts of the port. It’s a bit basic, with no water or electricity, but it’s an affordable option with a tranquil vibe. The cost is relatively low, and you can get water if you ask at the port office.
The surrounding area is a highlight though. Kalamata itself is charming, with a lovely city vibe and nice places to eat and shop. The proximity to a big AB supermarket is a plus. The port is well-protected from the elements, but keep an eye on the weather as conditions can get rough with strong winds.
Great place. Friendly staff. Amazing location. Appropriately priced.
