Find a the sandy patch when dropping anchor, the, you can relax knowing your boat is secure. The bay is well-protected from the dominant wind, though it can get a little rolly when the swell comes in, but nothing too uncomfortable.

There’s a small dock for dinghies, which makes it easy to go ashore. The village is charming, with a few restaurants and shops, and customs clearance is available right in town, which makes things convenient for checking in and out.

It’s a peaceful anchorage that’s become a bit of a favorite for me when cruising through Guadeloupe.
