Depths vary, and it’s essential to have a sufficient length of chain, especially in deeper areas, with some spots requiring up to 60 meters of chain. The bay is generally well-protected from various wind directions, although it can get quite busy, particularly during the high season. Selimiye’s shoreline is lined with restaurants and shops, providing a vibrant atmosphere and plenty of options for dining and provisioning. The area can be bustling, but it offers a range of local amenities, including a small market.
