In Syracuse, we were enchanted by Ortigia at dusk. Wandering through craft stalls, we stumbled upon a lively square where a busker serenaded us with opera. After exploring the grand Palazzo Borgia, we indulged in an amazing antipasti feast. What a Sicilian treat!

Not far away, we found a quaint church with intriguing Greek-style columns hinting at its past. For just €2, its beautiful interiors are a steal.

And if you’re up for some history, don’t miss the Ear of Dionysius. Bring along a guide and comfy shoes—it’s a walk worth taking!
