Les Saintes

Les Saintes, one of the Caribbean’s hidden gem, forms part of the Guadeloupe island group. Known for its rich history, these islands offer a traditional French-Caribbean charm. Terre-de-Haut is the most visited and developed island in Les Saintes. Renowned for its quaint villages, the island boasts the stunning Pain de Sucre Beach and the historical Fort Napoléon. Its harbour, Anse du bourg, is considered one of the world’s most beautiful bays. Less developed than its sister island, Terre-de-Bas (more of a westward direction actually) offers a more authentic and tranquil Caribbean experience, characterised by lush green landscapes, quiet beaches, and a small, welcoming community that maintains traditional fishing and farming practices.
